Food Sources of Calcium
Milk and milk products are the best sources of calcium in our diets. The vitamin D and lactose in dairy products help increase calcium absorption.

The body does not use calcium well if you don’t get enough Vitamin D. We get vitamin D from certain foods (fortified milk, fish oils, egg yolks, liver) and from sunlight. Many calcium tablets and multivitamins also contain vitamin D. The recommended daily intake of vitamin D is 400 to 800 IU (International units). Many calcium tablets also have vitamin D. Be sure to check this before taking more vitamin D. Do not take more than 800 U per day unless your doctor
prescribes it, since too much vitamin D may be harmful.

Calcium Deficiency: OsteoporosisOsteoporosis is a disorder in which bones become weak and brittle and the chance of breaking bones becomes greater. One factor that leads to osteoporosis is a shortage of calcium in the diet. When dietary calcium intake is less than the body’s need for calcium, calcium is taken from the bones. This weakens bone.

Response

I think Calcium is necessary that everyone must to get. Calcium is a basic element of the body such as bone, blood, then it is a necessities for live. In milk, some vegetable and some fruit have calcium and Vitamin D can help the body use calcium well. We can receive it that not limit because remainder from used will defecate, cause of this element is a solution.

Example the benefit of Calcium
1.Calcium acts as a master signal to communicate between nerve cells is normal.
2.Calcium helps muscle contraction is normal. Importantly, the heart muscle.
3.Calcium helps to make blood coagulation processes.
4.Calcium helps in the movement immune disease.
So, we should to get it that enough with the requirement of body because if we are calcium deficiency then our body will not balance and if we are calcium deficiency a long time then the body be bad such as Bone fragility, may cause the spine subside .

However, I hope this passage will be benefit with the reader, make the reader realize about the benefit of calcium and take care yourself, family and tell everyone, who you are closing.
